Procurement based on real market bids, documented in the Procurement File —an advanced electronic signature based on a qualified certificate and a qualified eIDAS time stamp, which enjoys the presumption of the accuracy of its date and of its integrity (Art. 41.2)—, leaves a record of the process that the production can provide to its finance department, to an external auditor or to a tax authority. The value is not a promised percentage: it is being able to document how each line was contracted and which bids it was compared with.
